With a view to promote and exhibit the beauty and popular images of water and river areas of Cuu Long River Delta region to the world, RAAS Group and Tien Giang Tourism Joint Stock Company have announced and declared to organize Miss World Contest 2010 in Thoi Son - Tien Giang province.

       Thoi Son island shall have area of more than 1.200ha, and shall be one of ecotourism places in Cuu Long River Delta region. Rach Mieu bridge has been constructed crossing to enhance and create an attractive tourism place of Thoi Son island. This tourism place welcome hundred thousand of tourists every year for visit and tourism.

       This shall be a project which shall bring present Vietnam's images to international community. Therefore, it shall be big project in term of scale as well as architectural style. The project shall cover:

1. 500 inn's of bungalow types which shall be constructed by application of popular architecture of the Southern but with sufficient appliances comforting contesters as well as guests;
2. Restaurant with about 2.000 seats, and grand stage of Miss World contest with 5.000 seats; shopping, exhibition, spa, etc. areas.
3. Theatre with area of 11.800 m²,
4. Ancient/traditional houses with area of 2.000 m²
5. Two floor house for meeting, staying room and movie with area of 10.050 m²,
6. The project shall also be deemed as a nice Vietnam miniature with typical architectural works of each region, area such as Hoan Kiem Lake Tortoise Tower, The Huc bridge, Phong Nha cave, Stepwise rice fields, Ha Long Bay, Ponagar My Son Tower, Linh Mu pagoda, Hue Royal Palace, Trang Tien bridge, Thap Ba Nha Trang Tower, Cham Tower, etc.

        With a wide and universes qualification and experiences, International Construction Inspection Consultant Joint Stock Company has been assigned by donator, Mr. Hoang Kieu, and Tien Giang Tourism JSC to perform supervision consultancy and Management of Thoi Son Tourism Zone - Thoi Son island - Tien Giang province.
