1. Objects which shall subject to static test for evaluation of safety level?

Pursuant to Vietnamese civil standard TCXDVN 363: 2006 objects shall subject to test shall be beam structures, steel reinforcement concrete slabs or prestressing concrete structures which are cast-in-place or joining, connected to overall structures of construction works and subject to vertical load imposing.

2.   When it need to perform load test of slab?

Pursuant to Vietnamese civil standard TCXDVN 363: 2006, test shall be performed for objects of following cases:

-          Have signs of damages and degrade.

-          Under suspection of poor quality due to design, materials supply or execution.

-          Unclear design and unknown load bearing capacity.

-          Change in structural construction which result in change in load bearing features against design.

-          Need to be proved in term of load bearing capacity after repairs and reinforcement completed.

     3. Applicable standard for load test of slab?

Pursuant to Vietnamese civil standard TCXDVN 363: 2006 Steel reinforcement concrete structures – Evaluation of strength of structure elements which subject to bending load by static loading test method.
