3.5. Instruction for for application of costs rate for tender document preparation, evaluation/assessment of bidding document for construction works and supply of equipments and materials:

3.5.1. Rated costs for tender document preparation, evaluation/assessment of bidding document for construction works shall be calculated by percentage (%) of construction costs excluding VAT tax as stated in cost estimation of approved package.

3.5.2. Rated costs for preparation of tender document, evaluation/assessment of bidding document for supply of equipments and materials shall be calculated by percentage (%) of construction costs excluding VAT tax as stated in cost estimation of approved package.
