1. What is certification of sufficient conditions for load bearing capacity and compliance to construction works quality?

- To assist the Owner in quality assurance of construction works in efficient manner during execution of the project, ICCI shall review and check design document, quality assurance management system of contractors, provide project management consultancy services, supervision consultancy services in the event of unconformity in regard of load bearing capacity and construction work quality. Then, notification shall be given to the Owner for proper solution.

- Check and certify for sufficient conditions and safety in regard of conformity in load bearing capacity and construction work quality of all items as well as of whole buildings that shall be safe for utilization and operation.
- For fire fighting and prevention safety, environmental safety, it shall be checked and certified by relevant authorities that have sufficient conditions of fire fighting and prevention as per current law. ICCI shall only check legal conformity and suitability of the said tasks.

2. Results of certification?
International Construction Inspection Consultant Joint Stock Company (ICCI) shall have provisional/partial assessment reports of construction works and notifications/recommendations related to load bearing capacity safety and construction works quality for the Owner's information and solution.

    - Assessment and certification about load bearing capacity safety quality compliance of each stage of construction works (independent assessment and verification in writing);
- Assessment and certification about load bearing capacity safety quality compliance of construction works (in the event of requirements satisfied) prior to handing over for utilization and operation.
